Gli anticoagulanti sono farmaci fondamentali per prevenire e trattare trombosi, embolie e altre condizioni cardiovascolari. Il rischio principale associato a tutti gli anticoagulanti \u00e8 il sanguinamento, che pu\u00f2 manifestarsi come: emorragie cutanee e lividi spontanei, sanguinamento gengivale, sanguinamento nasale, ematuria o melena e, nei casi pi\u00f9 gravi, emorragie intracraniche o gastrointestinali. Tra gli altri effetti indesiderati si segnalano disturbi gastrointestinali (nausea, dispepsia), reazioni allergiche cutanee e, pi\u00f9 raramente, alterazioni della funzione epatica o renale.<\/p>\n

Effetti collaterali specifici per classe<\/h2>\n

Warfarin: pu\u00f2 provocare variazioni rilevanti dell’INR, richiedendo monitoraggi frequenti; raramente causa necrosi cutanea o calcificazione della pelle. Heparine: rischio di trombocitopenia indotta da eparina (HIT), una condizione seria che necessita la sospensione immediata dell’eparina. DOACs: generalmente richiedono meno monitoraggio, ma in alcuni pazienti aumentano il rischio di sanguinamento gastrointestinale; inoltre la funzione renale influisce sulla farmacocinetica di diversi DOACs.<\/p>\n
